There has never been a better time to invest in a Renewable Energy Heating System!
As part of targets to reduce UK carbon emissions, the UK Government frequently offers grants and incentive schemes designed to support and encourage domestic properties to move to renewable heating.
The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is currently active and will run until the end of March 2022; then a new 5K government grant will then replace it in April 2022.
From the beginning of April 2022, The Boiler Upgrade scheme will offer a £5,000 government grant to help install low-carbon heating systems. This means if you decide to install a heat pump, you will pay a similar amount as if you were to install a traditional gas boiler.
